  very dissapointed..- is not international version after all.!!!

  I bought the phone because it said it was unlocked and it would work worldwide, turns out that the bandwidth that the phone can detect does not support the 3g network in europe, at least in Germany where i live. I bought it expecting it to work properly and here it can only detect gsm signal. So all of the features on the phone work slower and i can't really use it like i wanted.   Review of the Samsung Galaxy Ace

  The Samsung Galaxy Ace is a real pleasure to use. It is relatively small and light making it easy to carry. The display is very readable even outside in the sun. Call reception is very good and voice clarity at either end is very good as well. Auto rotation lags a bit and sometimes needs a little prodding. Battery life is great. The camera is good with resolution and clarity more than acceptable. Picture colors can be a little washed out as the auto white balance sometimes has trouble. I've taken to Ace to Germany and Austria and had not trouble connecting overseas cellular services. Very seamless. To date I have not been able to wirelessly connect to my home network and download/upload files. I must connect via USB and use the Kies software which is really clunky. But I'm still learning.   Wireless Circle sucks.

  The seller sent me a phone (htc droid eris) that worked for only three hours before it completely shut off. I thought it was a battery issure so I went to my local verizon to see if it was an issue they can solve. They told me the phone I was sold was completely a dud and that not only did it not work there was nothing they can do about it to fix it. They demanded that I speak to the seller and get my money back.   Save yourself the trouble

  This phone is so slow and sticky, cannot game on it at all. It's supposed to be a smartphone but you can't even make or receive calls without it freezing. It's just a headache.   NO NO NO!

  Don't be fooled from any other review out there. This is one of the worst phones to date. I only got it for the Andriod OS and I have regretted it since. Extremely slow to the point where you miss calls tapping unresponsive buttons then have to wait another 10 minutes to call back because it froze. Forget about internet,apps or anything else this phone has to offer. I'd prefer my very first brick-like flip phone over this. The interface is slow and cludgy and everything takes a long time to start up. In 2011 there's a wide variety of phones that are 100x better.   Outstanding phone and quick delivery

  I needed a dual Sim phone for my personal and business lines and decided to get a big screen while I was at it. This phone arrived only 7 days after ordering it and was super easy to set up the two sims with very easy and clear setup to divide the tasks between the two. So far I am very impressed with the quality and the fact that it comes with a very nice screen protector already installed! The phone is bright and fast and the resolution is as good as my previous Galaxy S-2 with a much bigger screen on this one! I am very happy with the initial inspection and testing and especially happy with the included cover, extra battery, and easy to follow instructions. It is also cool that you can use GPS or Glonass (Russian version of GPS) with the phone although I have not tested that functionality out yet.   It is a great phone. Here are some highlights:- It has a regular size SIM card, therefore no need to cut it. When you travel abroad usually you get a local regular size SIM and save on roaming.- it has a beautiful screen, just the right size. I wish Galaxy S3 had this screen because the one it has is way too big and can't be operated with one hand.- Battery life is impressive, with just the voice and WIFI turned on it managed to run close to 4 (four) days on one charge.   I had an S2 and loved it, then a nexus, also good, but both had poor battery life and were too big (especially the nexus). The mini is the right size for a phone you hold in your hand and talk on mostly, or send text, and occasionally surf/use for google maps, etc. If you need a smart phone, and mostly use it as a phone, this is it. Jelly Bean system, good graphics, enough power, expandable memory.   An extremely nice surprise.

  I was looking for an unlocked Android 4.0 phone. After doing some research, reading some reviews I narrowed it down to this phone. On paper it seems to have all the features I wanted: Android 4.0.4, large screen, unlocked, dual SIM and an affordable price. I must say, I see people who order things from China and I was a bit skeptical. So, I took a leap of faith and I ordered this phone. It took about 5-6 days to get the order confirmation. Once the order was processed it took a few more days to get the package out and delivery took around 7 days. Not bad if when the estimated delivery date was somewhere in or after October 10th. I got my phone after Labor Day holiday (Sept 4). So, very pleased with the delivery and the packaging was good too. It came in an envelope but inside the envelope the original from factory box was wrapped on layers and layers of bubble wraps.   Worth every penny!

  The seller was great as well as the phone. Had mine working in 5 minutes after I charged the battery.The first thing you need to do is set ENGLISH as the language if thats what you speak. Otherwise everything is in Chinese. There are sever web sites on there from China and you can delete them. Google shows up in the China version but all you need to do is change the ending fron .CN to .COM same for Yahoo.Phone quality is clear and crisp. Camera works better than most others I have seen. I would recommend that you install a mini SD card and put your downloads on it rather than taking up phone memory.Phone is thin compared to an I phone. Battery is easy to get at and you will get 2 batteries , a cover and an installed screen protectoe if you get the expidited shipping. It is only $14 plus you will get the phone in about a week.All the features work very well but the TV is useless in the USA.   I ordered my phone Jan 2nd and received it Jan 10th. It arrived lightening fast and It is everything I was hoping for and more. The screen is amazing. Everything works..GPS included. The phone is fast and I couldnt be happier. I ordered the Cimo clear case international version for Samsung S3 and it fits great. I had to cut a bit of a larger opening for the volume rocker but it works like a charm.   It took the phone a bit more than a week to come from Singapore via air USPS, there was no tracking information except for the departure date/time from Singapore.After opening the case, I found the telephone, USB cord, power plug, 2 batteries, manual in English, headphones, one screen protector AND an extra back cover with attached front cover AND a touch pen.Now, the sticker on the phone says "HD AMOLED" screen, which I doubt it is. Not for that price. So, the battery should not last as long as with a phone with an LED screen. Also, the front sticker says Quad Core CPU. That is not, it is the MT6577 Dual Core processor.But after playing with it, it is awesome. Android 4.1 is great, the CPU is quick. It comes with a pre-installed 2gb SD card, but when removing the SD card, you have to look closely at the direction which to slide its support.   Motorola Droid...not perfect, but a large step in the right direction

  I had many friends that owned iPhones...but i hate AT&T as did most of my friends with iphones agree :) I purchased the A855 as soon as it was availible. I was trying to decide betweent the A855 and the HTC touch pro 2(I had the htc mogul XV6700 before). End of the day, i picked up the A855 for the android operation system. The android operating system is so easy to use. I was tired of having to constantly reset my mogul. The windows mobile phones are not as customizable unless you go through the process of unlocking the phone...which I did on my Mogul.   This multimedia device is truly one for the books. I believe it really rivals, if not tops off the Apple i Phone 3.0G s. It has amazing features and the size and screen quality are impeccable.   This is an awesome phone. I ordered it, and got discouraged because it said it was going to take a whole month to deliver. It came here in 2 weeks! When I got the phone, I was amazed because this was a huge upgrade from my old phone. There are tons of things you can do, and apps you can get. There's cable TV on this phone! The resolution is great, and the phone is loud when you get calls. Mine came with a case, that has a little trouble staying on but its pretty cool.   I ordered my phone March 15th, estimated delivery date was April 9th-April 29th. My phone arrived March 23rd! It came with 2 batteries, headphones and a USB charger. Using this phone through Straight Talk which was pretty easy to set up. Have not fully figured out all the features yet and am having a little trouble with getting Apps but that is probably because I havent been able to just sit down and explore the phone the way I want. Once I figure everything out, I think it will be a great phone, so I'm excited and will update about anything new I learn.*****UPDATE*****This is an excellent phone!   False Advertisement. Phone is international so its uncompatible with EVERYTHING! I can't download ANY apps and the wifi sucks!

  Great phone. Hardware home keys concerns.

  Had the phone for over a year now. Everyone said it was too big at 4.3 inches. But now large seems to be more beautiful.My concern is with the physical home keys. The menu, home, back and search keys are all physical. They are going to wear out before my contract is up. Better to get sofware home keys in my opinion.The phone has hardly ever failed to install and run well the new apps in the market. Thus it is plenty powerful to keep up with the more demanding apps coming out for newer devices. For instance, Jan2012 I installed the new Monoply game from the market. There were many cautionary tales in the app comments about the game needing a powerful phone, etc.. But the DroidX came through and rendered the game very well. It compared favorably to the install and game operation on my new Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1.I recommend the phone. Just be easy on button use. Battery. Ahhh. Dont expect miracles. Normal use shoud be fine.   One of the best Android phones ever owned

  This is my 4th android phone I've owned, previously I had the continuum, fascinate and droid incredible. By far the droid x stands in line next to the fascinate for my taste.I loved the UI on the fascinate is was fast, clean,easy and the super amoled mad it better. I was a bit worried the high resolution on the droid x would not look as great as the super amoled, but when i received this phone it turned out to be a decent display!   Pretty decent android phone

  I purchased the Droid X about 8 months ago to replace my old chocolate II. Overall I have been pretty happy with the phone. The sound quality and reception is not as good as my old phone, but is not bad. The phone has plenty of memory for apps and runs the well with occasional freezing or force closes. Sometimes the freezing seems random. There are a ton of great apps and games that are free. The phone comes with some useful apps, but does have some useless bloat ware that you cannot remove.Phone is easy to operate. The only thing negative that I have to say would be the sound volume and camera. The sound volume is not very loud and the speaker is not very clear. This isn't an issue with games, but not very convenient for listening to music or ringtones. Since ringtones are not loud, it can be tough to hear phone ring if there is any ambient noise around.   For those thinking this phone is just an iPhone knockoff that's not exactly correct. While it looks and feels almost exactly like the iPhone 4 (in a case you can't tell it's not), it's really it's own phone. The best way I can describe it is if an iPhone and an Androidgot together and had a baby this would be the result, an iDroid I guess you could say.I initially got this phone just because I needed a cheap sim compatible smartphone, not really expecting much out of it. In the week I've had it it has far exceeded my expectations. While it's nowhere near the iPhone 5 or the Galaxy 3, it's still a very good phone in it's own right, especially for the price.
